When the game was on the line, Ava Grady didn’t blink.
For this week's Poster Player of the Week, we spotlight Glacier softball’s clutch closer after a high-pressure performance in a 1-0 pitcher's duel against Missoula Big Sky. Entering late, Grady delivered exactly what the Wolfpack needed—shutting down the Eagles with five strikeouts over the final two innings, including the game-ending punchout.
With zero margin for error and a runner threatening in the seventh, Grady stayed composed, attacking the zone and finishing the job to secure the shutout victory. Backed by a strong start from Olivia Warriner and timely defense, Glacier proved it can win tight, postseason-style games against top competition.

This week's poster player of the week, presented by Corwin Motors, goes to Ava Grady of Glacier Softball. Grady delivered in the circle when it mattered most, closing out a 1-0 win over Missoula Big Sky. She struck out five over the final two innings, including the final out of the game, and worked through pressure in the seventh with a runner on base.
