SPEAKER_01Talk to me how fun you know some of these teammates are. They're giving you smiles and loves over here. Talk to me about this group of guys in this season so far.
SPEAKER_02Oh, they're a group, great group of guys. I love them so much. They're they're my boys. And this season it's gonna be good. I can't wait.
SPEAKER_01You guys got the win today, but you know, you're not playing perfect baseball yet. Let me ask you this. What's something about you're really proud about the team so far? You guys, you think it's your best edge on the all the other teams? What do you think you do better than you know the other ballet teams? Putting the bat on the ball. Putting the bat on the ball. And what what do you work on specifically in the offseason to try and get better?
SPEAKER_02Usually it hit inside the facility every single time I get and throwing bullpins a lot.
SPEAKER_01And talk to me about the leadership on this team. You know, you know, does it come from the top down or is it kind of a balanced team effort you guys all hold each other in check?
SPEAKER_02Or I think it it's kind of both, but mainly we both we all hold each other in check. Last question I'll ask you what is one word to describe your team? Amazing.

Today, yeah, we just went out there and we we had a good time. We just had fun. That's basically all we did. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Talk to me what you're seeing from this year's team, maybe that's a little different from last year's team.
SPEAKER_00Last year, we obviously we had a lot more seniors that were leaving us and a lot more leadership. But you know, this year we have Nico Young coming back. That's a that's huge for us. Jet Pitts, and they're they're stepping up in that leadership role really good, and they're they're leading this team for sure.
SPEAKER_01Jory, tell me a strong part of your game that you're really excited about to continue the rest of the season. What's also something you want to work on?
SPEAKER_00Um, you know, I obviously to work on my hating tonight, you know, I wasn't so hot, but you know, if you see me on that base path, I can get her going. That's that's one of the things I'm good at.
SPEAKER_01So Jory, talk to me about a couple other teammates you know you're excited about. You talked about Nico. Is there anybody else, you know, that's taking a big step and exciting?
SPEAKER_00The young sophomores, Kyler Borman, our catcher, Taven Beach pitching tonight. As you can tell, he's a he's a stud. Even Easton Corbett, he's coming out. They're they're being huge, huge for us this year for sure. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Last question I ask you, Joy. You guys are missing your coach tonight. You have yeah, you have his son step in, does a great job. Talk to me about uh the leadership from your coaching staff and and the senior, junior level you guys have.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, I love Green. I mean, he's uh he's always been there throughout my high school career and ball game, he's gone right now, but it it's all right. You know, we we know how to handle ourselves and we green, we know green too, everybody does, and it we're having a good time.
