This week on our weekly high school sports recap, we’re giving well-deserved credit to Whitefish freeskier Townsend Reed, who represented Montana at the YETI Freeride Junior World Championships in Austria and was on track for a winning run before a tough fall. We also break down an intense week of high school basketball across the state, including a nail-biting crosstown matchup, huge scoring performances, and a major shake-up in the Northwest A standings. On the wrestling mat, Flathead and Glacier dominated with big wins in Missoula, while local swimmers tuned up for the upcoming state meet.
